Building Momentum: Vive's 2026 Kickoff

October 15, 2025 - To launch 2026 with focus, collaboration, and energy, the Vive Crop Protection team headed north from our headquarters in Toronto, ON to Blue Mountain Village for our 2026 Kickoff meeting. What has become an annual tradition is much more than a meeting - it’s an opportunity to re-align on our vision, strengthen connections, and celebrate what makes Vive unique.

One of the highlights of this annual event is always the unveiling of our theme for the upcoming year. For 2026, we’re proud to announce #LetsPROVEIT. This theme reflects our commitment to delivering data-driven results for our customers, innovating boldly, and demonstrating to the industry what truly sets Vive apart.

Our first major step toward this vision was the expansion of our laboratory facilities over the past year. To mark that milestone, the Kickoff meeting began with a tour of the renovated lab space. For many on our commercial team, it was their first chance to see the cutting-edge equipment and collaborative spaces already in use by our technology team.

This expansion marks a major investment not just in infrastructure, but in the acceleration of building the Highest Velocity Commercialization Engine (HVCE) in agriculture, which enables us to deliver more effective, reliable crop protection solutions to growers, faster. It’s a tangible reflection of our long-term commitment to innovation and delivering real impact in the field.

Once at Blue Mountain, leadership shared opportunities, strategic priorities and goals for 2026, while breakout sessions gave teams the time to align, exchange ideas, and build momentum together.

Of course, connection went beyond the meeting room. From our awards ceremony—celebrating achievements from 2025—to a friendly axe-throwing competition, our 2026 Kickoff meeting struck the right balance between strategy and camaraderie.

“Our annual kickoff meeting is about more than strategy, it’s about culture,” said Katie Grace, Director of People and Culture. “When we get together as a company to celebrate, connect, and align, we reinforce the foundation that makes Vive such a fun and unique place to work.  Everything we achieve comes down to our people. It’s through our #CollectiveGenius that we’re able to move fast, stay innovative, and make a real impact in agriculture."

As we move into 2026, we’re carrying forward the momentum, ideas, and connections built during the Kickoff meeting. Together with our partners and growers, we’re not just shaping a strong year ahead, we’re shaping the future of agriculture.

Now #LetsPROVEIT!
