With a passion for metrics and driving audience engagement that resonates, you’ll leverage your proven success to drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing efforts. You’ll work with targeted marketing investments in experimental efforts to determine the probability of future success and you’ll interpret and distill down marketing analytics into applicable learnings for ongoing communications campaigns. As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll also oversee the Vive customer satisfaction marketing qualified leads efforts with a mission to improve and advance efforts, increasing the success rate of marketing to sales lead conversion.
You will deliver on this mission by:
- Bringing a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics that drive results to optimize and accelerate the growth of Vive brand awareness and adoption.
- Testing and implementing a scalable, digitally driven approach to qualified marketing lead generation in target markets
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to assess territories vs. market data, identifying key market opportunities to drive increased sales success and efficiency
- Leveraging existing Hubspot and SalesForce platforms and accelerate use
- Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a storyteller with data driven recommendations, despite imperfect information
- Maintaining a healthy mix of strategy and execution in day-to-day work while scaling efforts in support of a rapidly growing business
