Working in concert with Vive’s VP, Business & Corporate Development, your core mission is to identify and develop new profitable market opportunities with 3rd parties that will build Vive’s B2B market intelligence and in- and out-licensing strategies for our Allosperse Delivery System. Your licensing revenue initiatives should account for 20% of our total revenue by FY2026 and align with corporate and marketing strategies.
You will deliver on this mission by:
Business Development: Develop in- and out-licensing relationships to help Vive Crop achieve our strategic goals, with an emphasis on biologicals, new complimentary innovation and/or technologies.
M&A Strategy: Based on strategic imperatives, assemble and access potential candidates for potential M&A activities.
Industry Collaboration: Regularly attend in-person or virtual industry trade associate meetings and workshops to foster relationship building and market intelligence.
Account/Project Management: Maintain and keep current items such as account notes, legal documentation, and product design information.
