With a distinguished background in agriculture, Bryce brings a wealth of knowledge to support the continued expansion of Vive’s Canadian business.

With over 30 years of experience in agriculture, Bryce brings a wealth of knowledge to support Vive. He began his career at Cargill, progressing through more than 13 years in increasingly senior roles, including Regional Sales Manager and Regional General Manager. He then transitioned to Pioneer Hi-Bred International, where he served as National Sales Director and Business Director – Seed Operations, before becoming President, Canada. Following the successful merger of Dow and DuPont, which created Corteva Agriscience, Bryce continued his leadership as President, Canada, and finally as Vice President, Global Seeds R&D. Bryce also dedicated eight years to the board of Crop Life Canada, ultimately serving as its chair.
Bryce brings a unique ability to drive innovative growth, foster transparency, and cultivate talent within expanding teams.
