Bret Mize Joins Vive Crop Protection as National Account Manager, Greg Esco Promoted to Director of U.S. Sales

TORONTO, Ontario (March 19, 2026) – Vive Crop Protection is pleased to announce Bret Mize as National Account Manager for the U.S., and the promotion of Greg Esco to Director of U.S. Sales, strengthening its ability to serve key partners across the United States.

Bret Mize brings extensive experience in key account and regional sales management, along with deep expertise in agronomy and crop protection, and will play an important role in advancing Vive’s strategic partnerships and commercial growth. Based in Tennessee, Mize joins Vive with a broad range of sales and leadership experience, having held roles with Gowan, SePRO, Americot/NexGen Seed, Progeny Ag Products, and Bayer Crop Science. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record of driving business growth and developing lasting customer relationships across the agriculture industry.

As National Account Manager, Mize will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with our National Accounts that align with both our customer needs and Vive’s commercial objectives. He will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, agronomy, and product management to deliver value-driven solutions to growers.

In support of Vive’s continued commercial growth, Vive also announces the promotion of Greg Esco to Director of U.S. Sales. In this expanded role, Esco will lead the U.S. sales organization, further strengthening Vive’s ability to serve customers and execute its go-to-market strategy.
