Vive Crop Protection Builds Canadian Commercial Team
TORONTO, Ontario (October 22, 2026) – Vive Crop Protection has added five people to its Western Canadian commercial team. Nadine Anderson (Southern Alberta), Harley Nay (Manitoba), Eric Hojnocki (Eastern Saskatchewan), and Kelsey Biro (Northern Alberta) join as Territory Sales Managers, and Dustin Brons joins as the Canadian Technical Sales Agronomist. These new hires extend Vive’s presence across the Prairies and let the company work directly with more retailers, agronomists, and growers in the region.

That’s what turns a strong product portfolio into strong performance in the field.”
Nadine Anderson joins Vive as Territory Sales Manager for Southern Alberta, bringing experience in crop protection sales and brand management. Her background gives her a strong understanding of agricultural markets, grower needs, and how crop protection products earn a place in a grower’s program.
Harley Nay joins Vive with years of experience in land management, production, and seed sales. This gives him a deep familiarity with Manitoba's grower base and the retail channel he will now serve as Vive's Manitoba Territory Sales Manager.
Eric Hojnocki takes on Eastern Saskatchewan as Territory Sales Manager with over 25 years of experience in Prairie agriculture. Having worked as a grower, retailer and manufacturer’s representative, he understands how a product moves through the channel and what each customer needs along the way.
Kelsey Biro comes to Vive as the Territory Sales Manager for Northern Alberta. Her in-depth understanding of retailers’ needs from her time in retail account management, paired with her agronomy background, will give her the ability to support her customers with agronomic expertise.
Dustin Brons joins the team as Technical Sales Agronomist, supporting Vive's Western Canadian sales territories across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. With more than 14 years of experience as an agronomist in Canada, Dustin will provide a practical, on-farm perspective to Vive’s Western Canadian team.
