    Vive Crop Protection Welcomes New Senior Portfolio Manager

    TORONTO, Ontario (August 20, 2025) – Vive Crop Protection is pleased to announce the addition of Dor Kestecher to its team as Senior Portfolio Manager within the Product Management department. Kestecher’s extensive background in agriculture, product development, and business strategy brings a unique perspective that will support the continued expansion and innovation of Vive’s product portfolio.

    With over 15 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Kestecher has contributed across various sectors. From hands-on citrus farming to R&D in seeds and crop protection at Syngenta, to managing global insecticide portfolios at ADAMA, he brings both technical depth and commercial expertise. Most recently, Kestecher served as Vice President of Business Development at Lavie Bio, an agbiologicals startup, where he spearheaded strategic collaborations and licensing deals that expanded the company's reach in sustainable crop protection.
