# Vive Grows Canadian Commercial Leadership Team

**TORONTO, Ontario (March 4, 2026) – **As part of its continued investment in Canada, [Vive Crop Protection](https://vivecrop.ca) has appointed Wade Clarke as National Business Development Manager. Wade’s extensive experience in the agriculture industry will support the expansion of Vive’s commercial footprint and strengthen its presence across the Canadian market.

“Wade’s proven sales leadership in Canadian agriculture makes him a great addition to our commercial team,” said Dave Rummel, Chief Commercial Officer of Vive Crop Protection. “He understands the market, the customers, and what it takes to scale solutions nationally, and we’re excited to have him lead this next phase of growth.”

Wade joins Vive with a strong sales leadership background spanning several leading agricultural organizations, including DuPont Pioneer, DuPont Crop Protection, Corteva Agriscience, Pivot Bio, and, most recently, his role as Director of Sales at The Rack.

Bringing a customer-first mindset and deep insight into the Canadian agricultural landscape, Wade will strengthen Vive’s commercial strategy and support long-term growth with channel partners and growers across the country.
