TORONTO, Ontario (February 18, 2026) – Vive Crop Protection is pleased to announce the promotion of Darren Bodine to Corn Belt Regional Sales Leader and the hiring of Thomas Truesdell as the new Southwest Territory Sales Manager, marking an exciting next step in the company’s growth journey.
Darren Bodine, based in Illinois, brings over 28 years of experience in agriculture to his new role. Prior to joining Vive as the Midwest Territory Sales Manager, Darren worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Valent U.S.A., giving him a strong sales background and extensive industry expertise that will support him in his new role. He will be responsible for overseeing the following sales territories: Plains, Southern Plains, Dakotas, Red River Valley, Upper Midwest, Midwest, Great Lakes, and the Heartland.

Thomas Truesdell brings more than a decade of agricultural leadership and sales experience to Vive as Southwest Territory Sales Manager. Based in Texas, Thomas has built a strong track record supporting growers through both entrepreneurship and key account management roles, most recently serving as a Key Account Manager with Simplot Grower Solutions. Thomas’s hands-on experience and grower-first mindset make him a strong addition to the Vive team as the company continues expanding its presence across the Southwest, including Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
